Friday
1:00pm..................................................................................Sound checks begin
4:00pm.....................................................................................Sound checks end
You will leave your disc with us till after the first nights competition then please pick up after the show. If you are in town early we will be at the Moose around 10:00 am on Friday setting up for the contest. Anyone wishing to join us may do so and as soon as things are set we will let you check in and do your sound check. For those artists coming in on Thursday there are allot of good restaurants around the lake. Both Hotels Webb's Travel Resort and the Chautauqua Suites offer places to eat. Also there is the Candy Factory at Webb's to check out. Along with our motel/hotels that have been blocked for everyone there are also several smaller motels in the area around Westfield which a couple are listed on the contest page.
4:30pm.....................Meeting for all ETA's and Staff . At that time you will be introduced to your judges.
Short meeting after with producer and judges.
5:00pm-8:00pm...........The Moose Lodge has its weekly Fish Fry $9.95 a dinner...... All are welcome!!
All artists please be back to the venue by 7:30pm for a start time of 8:00pm
There is a special room for all ETA's to get ready...it has a game area and lounge chairs. No one other than the ETAS will be allowed in this area. The Smoke Room at the Lodge....it is for membership only. Smoking outside of building only for non members.
Saturday
11:00am to 1:00pm Luncheon at Moose
It is free for the artist and one guest; our judges and one guest and staff members. This will be a private luncheon.
1:00pm to 4pm Karaoke This is for everyone that would like to come in and listen or participate.
5:00 pm doors open for contest
6:00 pm contest begins
As soon as the last
contestant is finished, the judges will break to help with the final tally of
the score sheets. The awards ceremony will follow as soon as possible after the
end of the competition.
A Message to All
I just want to thank those artists that have signed up this year to be a part of Reflections and giving us another year to show that contests can be fair as well as being fun. We want you to enjoy your weekend and renew old friendships and make new ones.
