Singing lessons for years and karate have helped Mick move and keep fit
,finish the dream. He pays tribute in all the eras of The King, from early
days, comeback special with his leather suit, to 70's and finally the Vegas
years jewels sparkling. He is in character from the moment he arrives to the
venue until the last audience member leaves.
Posing for photos is no effort
and giving away gifts during his performances to lucky audience members.
Mick has won many Elvis competitions over the years
but the most recent would be Parkes Elvis Festival in N.S.W 2006 and
Vega fm's Ultimate Elvis Competition held in Federation Sq Melbourne
2007.He has also
performed at the Wintersun Festival on the Gold Coast receiving a lot of
press coverage including Japan and New Zealand.
The dream for Mick Anderson now is to one day to perform in the USA
In Mick's words" as The King would say....If I can dream.....I hope to see
you all one day.

"WINNER OF
AUSTRALIA'S BIGGEST ELVIS FESTIVAL " Welcome from the land down under!!
"Mick"
Mick "Elvis" Anderson They say he was born in a
jumpsuit. He grew up in a mad Elvis household, parents were rock
'n' roll dancers and he thinks his first word was Elvis!! To Mick
he will always be the greatest entertainer the world has ever seen.
Mick was given his first jumpsuit at 3....he thought
that was cool and used to sing Hound Dog to family and friends. Now
years later he look back and grins. Now his suits are made in the
USA costing thousands and performs live with a full tribute
band...dancers too. Its a dream of his to pay tribute to the man he grew
up loving.
He has performed hundreds of shows and the audience
always feel as if they have been part of it all...Mick
mingles...shakes....hold hands with as many of the ladies that he
can...he may even have a joke with the fellas being the same build and
height of Elvis. Being 6 foot 2in tall with black hair and blue
eyes he captures the Elvis look to a tee. Mick also has his own full
tribute band. They are one of the best Elvis tribute bands in the
country.
Put all this together and you have created the
illusion of Elvis which help the imagination of the people standing in
front of them.
