Venue: Choice Hotel (Days Inn) 30 Keller Ave, Lancaster PA

This venue is the Ballroom in the hotel. Minors will be allowed but must be accompanied by an adult. Each contest will receive one (1) pass for each night of the event for one (1) guest. Please contact Bobbie Arnold 716-968-3565 to purchase any additional tickets at the presale price.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3RD

4:00 Admittance into the Market Place to set up your table(s).
5:00 Market Place will open to the public. All vendors must be present. ETAs, please bring someone to attend to your table when you not present. Doors close at 7:30
6:00 All staff not involved with the market place, judges and ETAs will report to the main ballroom (adjacent to the Market Place) There ETAs will turn in CD’s and receive their registration packet. Judges will be introduced and a brief swearing of judges will take place.
6:30 Doors open in the ballroom.
7:00 Contest begins. Each contest will perform 3 songs each.
Midnight till 2am. Dance Party and Jam Session in the Main Ballroom. This is a party! A time for guests, vendors, staff and ETAs to let loose! Bring tracks!
 

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH

2:00 Market Place is available for vendors and ETAs
3:00 Market Place opens to the public. Closes at 5pm
4:00 Contest beings! Each contest will sing 3 more songs. Don’t forget to invite guests to meet you at the market place!
7:00 Market Place reopens! Closes at 9pm
8:00 The ‘68 Comeback-A showcase starring Ruben Castillo and Will Debley.
9:00 Closing Ceremonies which will include the following:
Open with a 15-20 minute ETA last performance. All contestants will participate in a medley of Elvis Hits that will span all eras of Elvis. ETAs will receive more info about this during Friday’s registration.
Awards will be given as follows:
People’s Choice
The Spirit Award
Best Vocals
3rd Place
2nd Place
And finally 1st Place
The winner will have the last song (Can’t Help Falling in Love, Vegas Concert Version with Outro) This will conclude the event.
10pm break down and clean up.
