Remember those men and women who are serving and protecting our freedom so proudly.  Because of them, we can all enjoy the wonderful things our great country has to offer.

United Legends of America Newark DE Preliminary winner for Images of the King August 2010

Welcome from

Schenectady New York

 Paul Hunt

Born and brought up in Schenectady, N.Y. Paul now resides  Guilderland N.Y. which is a small town outside of Schenectady.

Paul’s cousin Sharon introduced a six-year-old Hunt to The King when she played “Hound Dog” for him and taught him how to jitterbug in her room that was covered from ceiling to floor with Presley pictures.
At nine years old, Paul’s father and mother separated. Elvis Presley became Paul’s father figure, and like a father, Presley inspired his protégé to put his very essence into every performance.

When Paul met Elvis he told him performed his songs. Elvis Presley told a young Paul Hunt, “Remember to be you and do you and you will be great.” That back stage meeting with Elvis in 1971 in Boston Gardens became Paul’s charge in his singing career.

Now with many life changing performances behind him, Paul Hunt still puts his everything into each show. Paul has performed everywhere from the main strip in Vegas to The Big Apple and Canada. Hunt has turned down an opportunity to tour with Frankie Valli, been given thumbs up by multi-Grammy winning country legend Ronnie Milsap for his version of the Milsap hit “Lost in the ‘50s Tonight,” and done configurations from solo to eight-piece bands.

In 1999, Hunt recorded the Presley hit “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for Pickwick Records for an oldies tribute compilation album at the RCA subsidiary’s Woodstock Studio that was distributed throughout Europe.

(Con't)

Paul Hunt, performs with a full bodied four-octave range that captures the spirit that is The King of Rock & Roll, but echoes The King’s advice to always be himself. He strives to create a presentation that embodies the heart and soul of Elvis for his audiences from the ’50s to the present.

Paul plays both as a solo act or backed by a full band. His repertoire includes a wide range of material from Roy Orbison to Frank Sinatra and top-40 hits from the golden age of rock and roll.

Paul has evolved into a magnetic personality who never forgets the father figure who told him so long ago to put himself into his music.

From Paul

“Sometimes I feel like there’s a presence there with me when I perform, whether it be spiritual or otherwise.
If I brought back a memory or put a smile on someone’s face during a performance, I feel I have fulfilled my heartfelt destiny as an entertainer ”.
