         Information for Elvis Tribute Artists

      (This will change so please keep checking back and please read)

1.Each Contestant will receive one guest ticket for Friday & Saturday night.  Everyone must have a ticket to attend.  Ticket prices are as follow: Presale:$18.00  At the Door:$20.00  VIP:$25.00 (this is per person per night)

2.Each contestant may sell his/her memorabilia on Saturday night.  At this time we will only have the one room for the contest (Friday Night) and the second room will be available Saturday night. This is where we will set up some tables for the artists. If the other room becomes available for Friday night we will  let you know.  You will be able to see the stage area from this room as it opens up completely to the other by a sliding partition.

3.Each contestant and one guest will be invited to the luncheon along with the judges and the staff members. This is a thank you from Roy and Bobbie for being a part of our weekend. There will also be a cash bar available. After lunch the doors will open for Karaoke which anyone can participate.  If you have a special disc you want used please bring it.  Everyone who wants to sing will get a chance by taking numbers in order to be fair to artists and guests alike. At this time we will ask anyone coming to watch to possibly give a small donation to St Jude.  We will have a jar for that purpose. (It will not be mandatory)

4. Our competitors will have a ready room (which is the Moose's game room).  In that room we will have water for you and some light snacks. There is a pool table and some nice easy chairs for the ETA's.   ETA's and Staff members will only be allowed in this area.  (Please no managers, family members or friends will be allowed) We ask that this rule be kept out of courtesy to the Moose and the other ETA's. Also we have secured an area for doing makeup (Children's Room). whoever will be doing your makeup will be allowed in this area..

5. Each artist must turn in his CD for Friday at the sound check. Registration (getting your welcome bag, tickets and drawing numbers to see when you perform) and sounds checks start at 1pm on Friday and will end at 4pm. You may pick up your CD after the competition on Friday night.  Then all CD's for Saturday will be turned in at the luncheon and karaoke party. We ask that you have separate discs for Friday nights competition and Saturday nights. Note: We need to have all our sound checks done by 4pm on Friday as the Moose will be running their weekly fish fry starting at 5pm. If anyone wants to eat at the Moose....they may do so...... the cost is $9.95 pp. Some of you have contacted me about having one disc for both nights and in that case we will just keep it until after the contest on Saturday.

6. Each artist will attend a Welcome Meeting at 4:30pm on Friday.  At this time you will be introduced to our staff and our judges. ( judges will have a short meeting with Bobbie to go over the rules) We advise you to get your sound checks in early so you can check in to your motel or hotel.  After the meeting you then will have time to go back and rest for a couple of hours.  We ask that all artists be back at the venue by 7:30pm for a start time of 8:00pm.

7. The only way tickets can be purchased is through Cat (716-801-2578) or Bobbie (716-968-3565 not on line!!

8. Applications ( a link to the application is on contest page which can be printed out)  and sent along with entry fee of $60.00 to the address on application.
